Hi! My name is Meredith Gotsch and I am a fourth-year student pursuing an A.B. in Communication Studies with a Minor in Studio Art. During the Spring 2026 semester, I am working as the Green Labs Communications and Outreach Intern with the UGA Office of Sustainability. In this role, I am focused on bringing a broader awareness of sustainable science and the services that Green Labs provides to the UGA research community.
The Green Labs Program is dedicated to facilitating sustainable practices throughout research labs. To support outreach and communicate this goal, I create digital content including educational graphics and videos for the UGA Green Labs Instagram page and website. Additionally, I work on the newsletter and create physical content such as informative posters that are placed across campus. I am also actively searching for ways to include and involve the UGA research community in my content. Through this position, I am able to enhance my communication and outreach skills while advancing sustainable practices on campus.
